HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE OUT THERE. I HOPE THAT YOU WERE ABLE TO RING IN THE NEW YEAR WITH A BANG. Our night started here in Castelo, Kinger, Ryan and I sat around the table with alot of beer and a bottle of Rum and decided that we should play Poker for drinks. Needless to say that things got out of hand, and we were all drunk by the time the game ended. After the game some ouf our teammates came and picked us up in the team van and we all headed into Porto to watch the fireworks and celebrate the new year.
To our disappointment however, we ended up stuck in traffic in downtown Porto to ring in the new year. The fire works were great, and everyone in the streets were dancing and celebrating. We had a couple people pass out after that (you know who you are) and we didn't get home till about 3 am, at which point, some of us had to clean some of the mess up in the VAN (to remain nameless).

Here are a couple of Pictures from a day trip that Ryan and I took to Vila Do Conde. Its about 40 mins north of Castelo Da Maia. It wasnt the best weather, but it was nice to get out of the house. This place has alot of great beaches, and in the spring when it finally warms up alittle, I am sure that we will go again!
